  • What sets a 5-star candidate apart from the rest goes beyond just technical skills. A truly exceptional candidate aligns with your company's values, vision, and culture, demonstrating a genuine desire to be part of your mission rather than just seeking a job.
    They possess a deep expertise in their field, accompanied by a track record of measurable achievements that showcase their competency and adaptability.
    These candidates are proactive problem-solvers who take initiative, are resourceful, and bring creative solutions. Strong communication skills are essential, they listen attentively, articulate ideas confidently, and foster collaboration across teams to build a positive work environment.

  • Only experienced recruiters. We want the experts who know how to vet, what to ask and what to look for in a quality candidate.

  • A monthly subscription to a single pipeline is $100. For every candidate hired, there is a fee of $5,000. There is a $1000 deposit due on the candidates start date. The remainder of the fee is due on day 30 of employment.

  • All candidates are guaranteed for 30 days. If anything happens within those 30 days the hiring manager is given free access to the platform for 90 days to replace the candidate.

  • After their candidate completes their guaranteed time frame the 20% will be sent to the account provided upon sign up.
